At the end of January, Webelos Scouts in the Sharp Shooter patrol may earn their Webelos badge based on having completed the achievements in this plan.
After boys have earned teh Webelos badge, they can earn the compass points emblem. It is awarded after they earn seven activity badges, four more in addition to the three earned for the Webelos badge.
